I make employer-brand and culture films for Irish companies. They're documentary-style films built around your own team, shot on location in Dublin and across Ireland.

What employer-brand video is for

Employer-brand video shows what it's actually like to work somewhere. Companies use it on careers pages, in recruitment campaigns, on LinkedIn and in onboarding.

Why it works better from an insider

Before picking up a camera I spent nine years in enterprise operations, including Gas Networks Ireland. I know what a working day inside a large organisation looks like, which helps me film your team as they really are instead of a staged version.

How I approach it

The films are interview-led and built around your own people, not actors. The same approach drove my Zen Pensions campaign, which was built around three on-camera leadership interviews.

Employer-brand film can also cover an event. For Sprout & Co I filmed their annual summer BBQ, a day of games and socialising for the whole team, and cut it into a 51-second vertical film for their social channels.

The brief. Every summer Sprout & Co takes the whole team to one location to celebrate the year's hard work with games and time together. They wanted a high-quality film of the day for their socials, built around the staff and the community they have made.

Why it matters. A staff event is the most honest look at a company's culture. Filmed well and cut for the feed, it works as employer-brand content and as proof that people enjoy working there.

Yes. I shoot, edit and colour grade the film myself in DaVinci Resolve.
